el poster was 3 parts:

1.Power plug which will provides the power usually we will use 110V-220V ; working voltage :6V,12V,OR 24V,depending on its lighting area:

2.Inverter(also it is called programmed IC) which will conctrols the sequences of its animation and supply the power of el panel;

3.EL panel which has some conducted flashing  materials and circuit inside,when it is plug with the power,and under the control of the incerter,then it showes and animated

4.The el poster flashing  effect which has been customized by our customer.
